Who are you?
I’m Andy Sage, a long-time music games nerd. I worked for Rhythm Authors at the start of RBN, released several RBN songs as a solo author, and have dabbled in custom songs since GH2. I’ve created and maintained several iterations of a Rock Band song list, the newest of which is Rock Band Chronicle. Mostly, though, I’ve been there every Friday being excited for Rock Band DLC, and that’s the legacy I want to help maintain.
What do you do for C3?
I write the weekly blog and forum posts, maintain the forums, add the songs to the database (which I coded), and release customs from time to time.
What types of releases can we expect to see from you?
I enjoy a wide variety of music — “alternative/indie” (think Metric or Modest Mouse), classic rock, dance-y rock, high-energy modern rock (The Raconteurs, etc.), all kinds of stuff. I tend to author songs that I reeeeeally like, or songs that really need to be in RB and weren’t licensed during official DLC for whatever reason. You can also expect regular maintenance and upgrades to the C3 database; if there’s a feature you’d like included, drop me a line at my username @gmail.com.

Great job guys, BTW i can help with venue work. I’ve worked for TAG (ThatAuthoringGroup) as a venue designer and did compiling and charting OD for songs. Some songs I’ve done include ALL Halcyon Way venues and some OD charting, Powerman 5000’s Time Bomb. Also, a few others.

It’s sad that only 3 of their songs got on Rock Band.
I’m in awe of your creating 4 Mother Mother tracks for RB this week. I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited about any other songs having been released for RB (that includes my own band). Thank you Thank you. Also, Sticks might be the greatest album of the past ten years or so….you know, just saying.
